The New England premier division of the UPSL kicked off this past weekend. Villanovence, Boston Street Soccer, Santa Cruz FC, and GZS Bridgeport were all victorious in week 1. The league consists of teams from Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Connecticut and Rhode Island. Santa Cruz FC is the favorite to repeat and build on a remarkable 2022-2023 season. Santa Cruz reached the UPSL Finals in California last season. Feature game of the week takes place Saturday night in Lawrence as Brockton United FC travels to Lawrence to take on Santa Cruz.
