Many thought John Jules pro career was in jeopardy after EFL League 2 side Crawley Town did not renew his contract at the conclusion of the 24/25 season. John Jules signed with Crawley after being released from Arsenal after a 15 year spell with the club. While with the Gunners John Jules featured hundreds of times for Arsenal's academy and Premier League 2 team.

John Jules signed with Kilmarnock in January after a trial match in England. The Westminster, London native showed well and Kilmarnock was convinced in his ability to be a valuable asset for the blues for the rest of 2026.

John Jules perseverance and resilience was on full display while the striker was at Arsenal. He was sent out on loan several times spanning all 3 pro levels below the Premier League in England.

Out of his 8 goals in the Scottish Premiership, 4 have come within the last week. John Jules bagged a hat trick midweek vs St. Mirren, following that up with a goal today vs Celtic. Unfortunately he had to come off in the 82nd minute due to an apparent thigh injury.

If you find yourself asking the question of this particular blog post, know this. John Jules was mentioned to local USL Championship sides Hartford Athletic and Rhode Island FC, but neither team seemed interested.

John Jules skills trainer Saul Isaksson Hurst has offered his services to train players from our area when they visit England. Those connected to those players had spoken to Isaksson Hurst about the possibilities of John Jules coming to the USA and that he would possibly be up for it if the situation presented itself.

Sadly for local USL teams, that opportunity has come and gone as John Jules will surely be coveted by teams in the United Kingdom, where he wishes to stay and play.

Regardless of where Tyreese John Jules plays, it's a joy to see him back scoring goals and finding success in the game he loves............
