Turgeman time in New England

Dor Turgeman has it all on the pitch, swagger, athleticism, technical ability, and razor sharp finishing. The 22 year old Israeli forward has produced wherever he has been. Turg tallied 3 goals in 3 games last season for the Revs as they played out the string.

Dor ending up in New England was a bit of a gift if you didn't already know. Scottish Prem giant Rangers FC were primed to sign him but walked away from the deal. Once Dor was confirmed as a target Rangers supporters took to social media and complained to the club that signing an Israeli during their conflict in Gaza was not good for club PR.

Once Rangers stepped away, the Revs stepped in. Dor then came in for $4 million+ and occupies a U22 initiative roster spot. Speaking with Maccabi Tel Aviv supporters and media they all agree that Dor is special. I agree totally with that sentiment.

When he made his debut for the Revs you could see his quality by the way he moves around, sets up others and finishes in and around the box. He is a true gift and possesses the quality that no other striker to don the jersey has ever had.

This off-season Dor spent time in Seychelles resting and relaxing prepping for the 2026 season. Dor and fellow Israeli Rev Illay Feingold both reported early and have been working out in Foxboro prior to the official start of preseason.

Dor will need to carry the load as main goal scorer, I am thinking he will need to score around 20+ if the Revs have any chance at winning in 2026.

In conclusion.......Enjoy Dor while he is here, he won't be here long........
