The Armory......a new team taking a different approach

US Soccer has its ups and downs, one major down is the exorbitant amount of fees and registration costs to join leagues. With all of this a new team has emerged who will take a different path to helping players get games and develop, The Armory.

The Armory was recently founded by Todd Tinkham. Tinkham has plans to organize matches and trainings, while competing at the recreational to semi-pro/pro level.

The Armory will compete in the fully funded Cape Cod Footy League. That league was created by Tinkham last year. Games were played in Falmouth, Massachusetts, and had players with pro, semi-pro and college experience, while incorporating high school players as well.

The Armory is currently assembling board members and friendlies vs "local" competition. Wherever the journey takes The Armory it will be an eventful and worth while excursion. Stay tuned for matches and other events.
