Revs U15/U17 Generations Adidas Cup

The 2023 addition of the Adidas Generations Cup is taking place right now down at IMG Academy in Bradenton, Florida. This competition pits MLS academy teams against academy teams from all over the world. Arsenal, Manchester United, Club America. Real Madrid and more are playing in this years competition. Locally the New England Revolution's U15/17 teams have been playing all week. Though not faring too well in the Group Stage, both teams are in a good position heading into the final 2 games of the Showcase portion of the competition. Revs U15 lead their group and Revs U17 are 2nd in their group. The format of the competition sees teams who finish 1st or 2nd in group stage matches go into a playoff bracket. Teams finishing out of the playoff places then go into the showcase portion of the competition. The competition itself is a top notch event and considering the talent that commits to play from all over the globe, MLS deserves much respect for executing this gathering every year.
