Another huge year saw Footy New England take a massive step forward in the independent media Footy world. 2023 was fantastic as we were able to attend Premier League Fan Fest in Orlando. The event culminated with the viewing of Manchester United vs Arsenal, with the gunners proving their superiority over the once daunting Red Devils.

In March we were able to attain a post-game interview with MLS Superstar and 2024 MLS Golden Boot winner Christian Benteke, while covering DC United vs NYCFC.

We were also in attendance for the Gold Cup Final thriller between Panama and Mexico.

Perhaps the highlight of the 2023 summer came in DC where we were able to cover Arsenal vs MLS All Stars.

2024 came in hot as we were able to retain credentials for Hartford Athletic. We were pitch side at Bierne Stadium and Trinity Health Stadium for both matches between Hartford vs RIFC.

Below is a pic of legendary City Field in Richmond, Virginia as we were in attendance to cover a USL 1 match between the Richmond Kickers vs South Georgia Tormenta.

The spring and summer months were filled with Local Footy, USL 2, UPSL, Leagues Cup, NWSL and Women's Super League creds and coverage. Although we were unable to attend a few of these games as always being included was the big takeaway as some local clubs sadly do not include everyone.

Above is a pic of the Boston City vs Western Mass Pioneers USL 2 match. Post game we were able to chat with USL 2 Golden Boot winner and UMass All time leading goal scorer Alec Hughes. Hughes talked about his professional aspirations and his willingness to play abroad or domestically.

The probable highlight of the summer was being in attendance for Arsenal vs Liverpool at Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia. The highlight of this match was two Footy New England interns having the opportunity to be interviewed by Philadelphia 76ers Lottery Pick Jared McCain. This interview is part of Overtimes draft coverage of Jared and will be available on YouTube.

This took us into the fall where we primarily focused on Footy New England intern and my son Graham Tinkham's Senior soccer season. He had a fantastic conclusion to his high school career as he picked up several end of the season awards.

Most recently we covered the NYCFC vs New York Red Bulls Eastern Conference Semi-Final at Citi Field in Queens, NY.

We are truly blessed with every opportunity that we have been able to cover in 2024. We have some massive things in place for 2025.........
