Bolts win 2-2 (4-3) in penalties in consolation game

Boston Bolts U17 ECNL Regional League team beat VSA Virginia 2-2 (4-3) in penalty kicks to come in 5th at the ECNL Regional League Championships in Norco, California. After trailing 2-1 the Bolts scored an equalizer to send the game straight to penalties. Below is the footage of the game winning penalty scored by midfielder Graham Tinkham.
