As 2025 winds down I would love to reflect on some of our Footy excursions. It began as usual with fam Footy activities as my son finished an excellent career for the Boston Bolts.

In May a new stadium was unveiled in Rhode Island, as RIFC hosted San Antonio.

Per usual we attended several New England Revolution matches. This season we saw several stars, including Son Heung Min, Wilf Zaha and others.

Perhaps the biggest game of the season saw Bruce Arena's return back to Gillette.

The highlight of 2025 was traveling to London to see Chelsea vs Bayer Leverkusen, and Arsenal vs Atletico Bilbao.

The sights and sounds in and around Emirates Stadium are always such a treat. The booths and kiosks were sparkling under the London Sun and Arsenal didn't disappoint.

Framingham upped their win total from 1 win in '24 to 5 wins in '25 and will look to go again in 2026! Below are Tinkham's Golazo vs Lasell and Assist vs New England College.

The lone trophy of 2025 from New England's pro clubs was brought home by Hartford Athletic. The Green shocked Sacramento FC 1-0 to win the USL Cup (Jagermeister Cup).

2026 is right around the corner! I would anticipate more in '26 than in '25 for Footy New England............
